I did some research before I decided to do this dose. Many feel a firts timer can use even 250mg/week with good results. I am not looking for 20+ pounds. I want to just put on around 10 LEAN pounds. Not a 'bodybuilder' and in all honesty, I am pretty satisified with my current physique..just wanted to get passed some walls ive been at forever now. Anyways, thats a topic for a whole other conversation.
