I think you will know if you started to inject into a vein or vessle. Personally, I think you'd have to inject into an artery to cause death...unless you were purposely injecting into a vessle or vein.

But, regardless of what theories are out there, like everyone will say...just aspirate. If you are in a vein you WILL get blood into the syringe
