First off, Thanks to all for all the info on here. There is really alot of great stuff on here. I still need to do somemore looking around but I am really new at this so its starting to feel a little overwhelming. Im hoping that someone can get me started in the right direction. My stats of now are that I'm 31, 5'9, 145, 7%bodyfat. I have a pretty small frame so I look bigger than that. Most guess me at 155 or 160. I lift about 5-6 days a week. My goal is to actually get to about 155-160. Basically Ive been stuck at 145 since I started lifting 4 years ago.

I have a few questions to which I have no clue the answer.

First, If I do one cycle. Can I gain 10-15lbs of muscle and will I be able to keep it though a good diet and working out without having to rejuice? Or once I start I'll have to continue to keep what I've gained? Also, if so how do I know when to start another cycle so I can keep it and not continue to gain?
Also, what should I start out with and how much to limit the side effects such as balding, breaking out, limp dick, etc. I'm currently taking a drug to stop hairloss similar to propecia. Its not marketed for it but it works great. Its dutasteride if anyone has heard of it. I just dont want to have any interaction difficulties if I can avoid it.
