37 in June, been training about 18 years, train 4 days per week each bodypart once per week. First 3 years of training with powerlifters 10-15 years older than me, learnt alot and built a good bass from basic heavy lifting. Never competed powerlifting or bodybuilding.

Height: 5'8" Bodyfat: 25%

Weight: 134 kgs / 295 lbs ( heaviest about 3 months ago 139 kgs / 306 lbs)

Measurments: Chest 54", Arms 20.5", Thigh 30", Waist 38"

Best lifts: Bench 180 kgs x 2, Leg Press 650 kgs x 8 (no squat,d/lift since 20s)
