Aww feel the love in my thread. Now people, let's help Awnold bring his chest up to par and get freaky. I've got the next two months of training planned out with Max OT routines. Working in four week blocks. From evaluating the pics I can really see my lower chest needs to be brought up......especially the outer areas. Thanks to the guy who pointed it out too....I forget who it was and I'm too lazy to look...lol. I really want to nail this as I don't want this cycle to be a complete waste.
I've been training H.I.T. and my strength is increasing however I'm really wanting to get into bodybuilding competitions so any ideas and opinions are welcome.....
