Im currently on day 3 of a OT only cycle(40mg ed) and am splitting the doses into 2 times a day(20mg in the morning,then 20mg about 8 hours later).I have read that the half life of OT is 16 hours.My question is should I allow more time between doses(maybe 20mg every 10-12 hours) or does it really matter?My reasoning is if I dose 20mg in the morning and 20 mg 8 hours later,it would be 16 hours till my next dose.Any help is appreciated...
