When and How can I take t3?

I just strated a 6 week cycle of T3, but I have two questions that I need somebody to answer for me. My first question is should I take my T3 pills on a empty stomach or after a meal? My second question is concerning the dose I should start with. The problem that I have is that I only have 50mcg pills should I split the pill in half to start with 25 mcg and then take 50 mcg instead of cutting it in half? And when is time to take 100 mcg should I take the first 50mcg pill in the morning and the second pill in the afternoon?
