In the gym I used to workout the smith machine was unracked from the supports by rotating the bar clockwise. In this gym its by rotating the bar counter clockwise.

Now for some reason this has seriously ****ed upp my wrist. I did a heavy upper body workout last tuseday that included some intense pressing exercises in the smith(dc rest paused stuff). On wendsday I had some slight pain but still did another workout with a thightely wrapped wrist, on thursday it was a bit worse and on friday It was yet a little worse.
Now its tuseday again and the pain is still there. Doesnt seem to get better or worse. I sleept with a wrapped wrist and it seems to have help a bit but not sure.

I can bend my wrist upp and down but when I tro to rotate my entire forearm I get pain. It feels just like when I was a kid and got a tiny crack in a wristbone but I cant for the life of me imagine how the smith machine could give me a freaking crack.

Anyone got any advice on how to heal this mofo.
