If your cutting, and your doing cardio first thing in the morning. should u have a WPI first to stop and muscle break down? or does the shake hinder your fat burning?

the way i see it is after you have fasted (sleep) for that long, cardio would just start using muscle as its source of energy?

would a WPI in water with some flax oil in it stop catabolism and encourage fatloss?
