    after 10 weeks of training, dieting, and down 22lbs

    10 weeks of dieting, AM cardio.

    I have to say I am a little proud...I have worked my buns off...but im still leaning down but this is what ive achieved so far...

    my work on points i think are inner back and traps

    lemme know what you guys think...and be honest
