Bloodwork -- red blood cells too high -- how do I lower them?

Devldog and toolman are on the money. I have had to donate blood twice before, b/c of a high red blood cell count.

All of you guys beat me to it, I completely agree. Also, not only will you take care of your high red blood cell count, you could save a life.
