    Help me with taking D-bol and Test?

    I am getting ready to start taking 20mg of D-Bol a day (the blue ones) and 250mg of test (sub) a week but I am not sure How to take it I also just brought the pink d-bol which d-bol shold I take? I just want to blow up. I have been working out for ten years I am 23 and 510" and 200lbs what shold I do?
