the first pic was taken last october. i ate everything in site and did no cardio. i was 5'8" 215lbs and about 22% bf.
the second pic was taken yesterday. i am now 5'8" 180lbs and about 9% bf.
i owe most of the help and info to AR and swoles dieting wisdom. i hope i can inspire others.
