    Thumbs up My Pics, Brand New!

    hey everybody i'm new here on AR, Here are my pics, took em today while workin out with my Digi Cam, i've worked out for about 1 month now everyday and taking Protein, i have gained quite a bit i think in that time. i'm 16 and weigh 190, trying to get down to 180 and Get rid of the my stomach Fat, Any Suggestions are welcome [Sorry bout the Size]
