I partyed a lot before, and i am the one that is not as fortunate, when i drink beer i lose weight, not gain weight, i have diahrea when i drink.

I took a imodium AD to stop Diahrea and Bam i started gaining weight and holding water, but i haven't been drinking a gallon like i should nor working out 4 days a week, i done chest last week and was really sore and then done legs yesterday and am really sore, i worked out only twice, i have been taking 50-100GRAMS Creatine a day. I think that if you can't gain weight, then just eat when you are hungry and don't work out more than 3 days a week, and only stay in the gym for no more than an Hour.
