Hey guys I would have to start off by saying I don't know the first thing about Anabolics so please forgive any ignorance.
I really need to start working out, I have a 2 month old daughter and I want her to look up to me so that's why I am kinda here.
I am 26 5-10 about 243lbs =(
My question is I guess where do I start?
Most people on here seem to really know their stuff and I was wondering if there is any non-injectable methods that are really effective in losing weight and gaining muscle.
what does everyone recommend?
