Hi All,
just thought I would say hi to you all and introduce myself.
Well.... I'm Dan, 6' 3", 210lbs, currently about 12% BF, training for past 10 years but only found my feet in the last 2 years really.
I have competed in two competitions:
NABBA West Midlands Pro Am Qualifier 2005 - First Timers - 1st place.
NABBA Novice and First Timer British Finals 2005 - First Timers - 6th place.
I have learnt a lot over the past years whilst preparing for these two competitions about training, diet and 'gear'. I hope to be able to pass on my knowledge whenever I can.
I am now training to progress into the NABBA Novice Mr Height classes but I have a long way to go, the last show I was on stage at 13 Stone 7 Lbs. At 6' 3" that's pretty light, but my 3%-4% BF carried me through.
My next sceduled show is April / May 2007, that gives me a year and a half(ish) to hopefully put a stone and a half of lean mass on. So I may well be after a bit of advice myself.
