400 mg or 600mg a week of DECA ?

I am doing a cycle of Deca + test enanthate.

I am 5'7'' 165 pounds.

Should I take 400 or 600 mg of Deca a week for my cycle ?

I was planning of taking 500mg of test a week but it give me sleeping problem, nervous and agite. So I drop it to 250 mg a week.

What is the difference between 400 and 600 mg a week of deca ?
