22yo First cycle..... Need advice

I'm going to be starting my first cycle in about a week or two. I'm 165lb 5'7" and as stated 22yo. The cycle going to be sust only @500mg per week (taken eod) for 12 weeks. Just a few Q's, do you have to preload on sust ? Also taking it eod do I have to do it two days in a row, eg. M,W,F,S,M? I wanted to know more but i cant think of anything else at this point. Any other input will be appriciated
