I have a friend she is in pretty good shape, enjoys lifting not just cardio.. she is about 5'8 130lbs.. She really wants to cut down body fat and tone up, I was thinkin can she do var for this? She doesn't wanna get big just cut fat and tone muscles.. also could she take clen along with the var.. and what would a good cycle be for her? 4 weeks at like 15mgs a day or what? i know its alot of questions but thanks for any help u can give
