I've been weightlifting for about 3 years natural and I went from 135 (13% bf) to
215 (12% bf) in about 2 years of dedicated bodybuilding. My interest has switched over to the mma realm in the past year causing a struggle to retain muscle mass, and a fight against recovery time. I recently was able to modify my training routine in the gym to better suit the recovery needed from the already abundant amount of stress that I place on my CNS by all the activities that I take part in. Right now my weight fluctuates between 182-196 depending on my carb intake, and on whether I have a grappling competition coming up. While Im pretty toned I want to get as low bf as possible and increased strength to have the ouvious upper hand in competitions. My weight classes vary, I have competed in 185-195, 195-205, and 170-185 all at the top of the weight classes, but a large number of my competitors were still sigficantly more vascular, larger, and stronger.
I have been fascinated with the idea of aas since I started seriously bodybuilding 3 years ago. There is an abundance of information on this site along with ebooks which I purchased (on of which is Chemical Muscle enhancement by L. Rea), but the information given by these sources are not specific to my purposes and I would like to know if anyone would have suggestions for a first cycle or anything that worked for them in a similar situation. This is a sample week in my life maybe this will help some.

Sample week

Monday- Gym maybe boxing
Tuesday- Jiu-jitsu Intense 1hour-2hours in the morning
Wednesday- Afternoon- Gym:
Night- Boxing 1-2 hours of boxing conditioning, and sparring
Thrusday-jiu jitsu
Friday- morning- jiu jitsu
Afternoon-Gym:
Saturday-jiu jitsu
Sunday- If I did not make it to the gym on friday, I will go today instead.

Ouviously from what I described earlier Im looking for a gradual lean muscle mass gain without a lot of extra weight due to bloating, because of my weight restrictions in competition. Since this would be my first cycle Im not if it would be wise to use a drug that requires a lot of injections either. Everyone in this forum seems to suggest a test cycle for the first cycle for about 12 weeks, but I believe this would put on way too much mass on me, and the side effects would also affect my performance negatively in my mma training. In the book I mentioned above L. Rea recommends a first cycle to be of 200mgs of deca one time a week for 4 weeks, which would not require pct according to him due to the shortness of it. I considered this because of its cheapness, low in sides due to shortness, low amount of injections, and gradual gain (assumed), but this has not been confirmed by any other sources that Ive seen other than his book. I also considered winstrol but the joint pain, and multiple injections associated with it seem like a bad choice for my purpose. I heard a lot of great things about finaplix from people that took it by itself and with test, but on this site its advised to only be taken in conjunction with something and not alone. Anyways now Im just rambling if someone could provide any help it would be much appreciated.
