Dirty Bulking and feeling strong, but feel guilty as hell. No fast food, just more snacks like PBJ, sushi, etc. Not seperating fats and carbs, I think I just needed a break mentally, been cutting for awhile now, and want to pack on some weight. 2 weeks of this DB and only up 2 pounds, I have not been able to do cardio for 2 months cause I had foot surgery, so how come I never gain weight? I am not sure how long I should continue this diet, I feel like I am poisoning myself. Anyone else have any advice, or problem gaining weight??
