ugl........works? and L-Carnitine per os?

Hi guys! i just wanted to know if the winny (10 mg tabs)works as good as the spanish one (2mg tabs) at 50 mg ED and if the one is more harsh on the liver cause i heard something like that?
....and secondly if L-Carnitine in liquid form for oral use works at 1g/day?
