    Prop only cycle?

    I've been plagued by injurys for the last year , both arms and back . My max bench was 385# at 200# 5'10" , about 1 1/2 years ago . I thought I had tenditus(sp) , turns out its tendinosus . Since that time I've been in the gym on and off , but still have a good build , just havent maintained my mass due to crazy work schedule and not eating right . My back is better , so are my arms...although they still hurt a little if I lift REAL heavy things .

    I want to run a short prop cycle over summer , and I can devote the needed time to my diet/sleep/lifting.

    I'm at 185# right now , pretty lean . I want to put on a quick 10#s for the summer . I'm thinking prop only?

    Cycle history is testE-500mg/Deca400-mg , and TestE-500mg/400mg-EQ .

    How long do I run the prop , I just want a short cycle , gain mass , keep lean....75mgED or 100mgED? 6 weekish
