sept 30th i am going to enter an all natural bodybuilding competition, this will be my first ever competition!
currently i am using:

1. kre akyln creatine 10g a day
2. green tea extract 1,000mg a day
3. calcium pyruvate 3g a day

my diet is extremely clean too and doing cardio everyday except leg day

what i need to know is being this is my first i want to make it good! what other sups could i use to give me a better phyique like faster fat burning, vascularity helpers, just over all shredded.

and any other advice i should know, any help is appreciated...
