Below I have listed a diet plan that I would like to follow. My goal is to trim up and lose about 20 lbs. I'm not particularly concerned with my appearance or BF%, I'm more concerned with whether the diet will meet my nutritional requirement for training.

Currently, I am 6'0" tall around 210 lbs., maybe 18% BF. I train in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu 4 days a week. Will the diet below be enough to sustain my training, but help me lose bodyfat? I am also curious if my last meal (PWO) has too many carbs/sugar in it to be eaten before bed?

I appreciate any responses/input/additions anyone has
