well... I have a few cycles under my belt...used testoviron, deca, winstrol and tren in the past
diet.... is in check...
5 meals + 2 pro shakes
protein: chicken breast, tuna, meat, turkey, egg whites
carbs: wholemeal bread, rice, oats, fruits
supplements: 2 protein shakes a day + glutamine, maltodextrine and creatine
Workout:
1 bodypart every day... 5 times a week. 20 min cardio 4 or 5 times a week
