On October 31st, it will be one year for me on gh. During that time I've read all of the different hypothesis on doses (iu's) and length of use on the board.
What I've come to realize is that with a proper diet, consistent training, and low doses of GH (w/ some low dose IGF-1 LR3 thrown in), you can achieve amazing results.
A year ago I had a 38 - 40 inch waist and weighed 256 w/ NYSC bodyfat calipers registering 19% bodyfat. I religiously used SC's diet on his website....
After 2iu's of GH (5on/2off) and 2 four week cycles of IGF-1 (26mcgs -13mcgs bi-laterally /5on/2off), my waist is 35. Last night at NYSC, a trainer used his calipers to measure 11.6% bodyfat at 237lbs (upper and mid abs are showing!!).
Currently, my major lifts(bench, squat, deads) are exactly where they were when I was at a 40 inch waist and 19lbs heavier a year ago. IMO, low consistent doses are the way to go. My only regret is that I didn't keep a photo journal to track my progress.
