Alright guys im starting to prep for an up coming show which will be on May 26. Im about 19 weeks out right now, and thinking of starting my prep at 16 weeks, but am unsure because i am only 192lbs right now and still fairly lean from the last show i did. Last time i started at about 215 and lost close to 40lbs in 13 weeks. I think this time im gonna go nice and slow, that way i wont have to mess with the insane amounts of cardio i was doing last time. I will post some pics and a proposed diet and supplement plan in a few, but for now just giving you guys the heads up, and looking for some support. I SERIOUSLY want to bring home the first place title this time! It would be f*ckn awesome if they would pass out championship belts like in the UFC.
