Please help me critique my diet tryn to get a cut look goin ......ive looked up everything i think i needed to ...im usin lean chicken breast as my lean protien and some steak..and mix in eggs every now and then....heres what i got PLEASE HELP if its wrong

6'1 230lbs 15% bf

Meal 1 8:00 A.M

Lean protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal...P6 (testostron buster)

Meal 2 10:00 A.M

Protein shake 2 cups...2tbsp flax

Meal 3 12:00 P.M

Veggies, lean protien (of some sort)

Meal 4.. 2:00 P.M

Protein Shake

Meal 5 5:00 P.M

Veggies, lean Protien, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Workout (creatine/P6) 7:30 to 8:45.......Cardio 8:45 to 9:15

Meal 6 9:30 P.M

Protein shake

All Rough estimants but should be close in the end

Protien- 177g Fat 18.5g Claroies 1200

Also flax seed is not included havnt really found it at the store yet
