    off steroids

    i ve been off steroids for 4 months now,now i feel i ve gained fat...
    bros. do u advise me to maintain my calories and maintain my mass till my break ends and i start my season and therapy again??..or shall i try dropping some pounds of fat naturally??..am 5 11 ,210
    do u think i should maintian on this appearance.... ??
