    Please Help, need knowlage and advice.

    Iam starting today trying to work out hard and cut down the fatty fried garbage foods. Iam also starting to take these two products some friends got for me and recomended.
    ProLab Glutamine and XXX-Lean
    Has anyone heard of these and or used them espcially the XXX-Lean I cant find any info about it online.
