I've run sust the "Standard" M W F protocol and ED. On the MWF i put on a ton of weight, got moon-pie faced, and looked generally like a novice gear user. I tried it ED and got leaner, harder, and more vascular. Everyone responds differently to the chemicals, but timing is also a critical factor in sustaining consistent blood levels and thus minimizing sides. For more info, check this link out:
