Just wanted to get some real world experiences for those who have dropped their BF%....
Trying to get a realistic time period of BF%....
I'm between 18-20% now and want to get down to 13-15% and curious what kind of time period I would be looking at....The thing that sux is I dont want to go under 200lbs and Im at 208lbs now....If I cut down 6%BF Im prolly gonna be well under 200....![]()
So how much did you drop in what time period....was ur diet right and did you use anything like clen?
