I got into a fight yesterday. 3 people did beat me up for no apparent reason. I got a broken leg and my face look terrible.
Do you think there is anything that could help preserve muscle mass but also accelerate bone regenration?
I have some IGF-1 LR3 at home, do you guys think that taking a small dosage of it could help preserve muscle and repair bone damage quicker?
