been lifting for the past 15 years, played football, was on the powerlifting team in college
5'10, weigh 240, bout 16-18% bodyfat, been dieting down and doing massive amts of the damn stairmaster(the one where the stairs rotate)
my workout partners andi are going to hit a mild stack
here it is(remember, my receptor sites are super clean so i wont need much)

d-bol 20mg a day for the firs 4 week
test e- 200mgs a week for 10 weeks
deca - 200 mgs a week for 10 weeks

pct
hcg and nolvadex

i will post my gains while im on(im interested to see how strong i get)
im currently hitting 3sets of 8 of 315 on bench and 5 sets of 10 315 on squats(slipped a disk couple of years ago and swore i would never go really heavy again, maybe i will try 10 sets of 10 when im on)
those 2 lifts will be my barameters on how well this stuff is working

i did the same stack 5 years ago(tren insteadof dbol), i gained 20 lbs and the lifts went through the roof

im hoping it might have more of an impact on mature muscle
