Worried about a friend on his first cycle

I am clean, but I have a friend, late in his first cycle of Tbol.

He borrowed the money to buy an used 60000 dollar BMW, no test drive, questionable seller.

Could the steroids be affecting his judgement?

he does NOT have a problem, he just has good credit hahahahahaha
