ok so,
33yrs old, 5'11",202 lbs,approx 10% bf
will start cycle when im @9%bf or less
goals for this cycle is to lean bulk, iwant to gain as much lbm as possible and hopefully after the winny be @ or close to the same bf as when i started
first cycle was 500mg of test cyp ew for 12wks
i was origionaly planning to only run cyp and deca but i finaly got ahold of some anadrol and winny so im putting those in so it will go as follows
wks 1-4 50-100mg a-bombs ed (i might try the lower dose fisrt see how it goes)
wks 1-14 300mg test cyp ew, this will be frontloaded
wks 1-12 600mg deca ew, this will be frontloaded
six wks before pct ill start winny @100mg ed and run it until 1 day before pct (ill figure it out exactly when i put it on my calendar)
nolva 10-20mg ed or .5mg of a-dex if the bloat is out of control from the a-bombs
pct will be the anthony roberts pct
