Don't be fooled, the food is fine. It is the process that makes it undigestible.

yes you are right and thats what i mean. i prob should have been more precise. procesing and pesticides(sp) all that good stuff.......

well if food was the way it was made way back then we would prob be a good bit better off, or if fda would crack down on this.
