Hey everyone im a new member to this board, my stats are 20yrs old, 194lbs 5 11 about 8% right now. This is my pic as of today. No pump and no flex hah. Im planning on entering my first competition in April. Right now I'm doing a practice run on cutting to see how long it takes. Then my plans are to ride around 6 or 7% till a month before the contest. Any input on my pic will be appreciated. I will get some more up here as soon as I can. No back on here as of right now. But lots of people compliment me on my spread. I will have updated pics as I get more and more shreded. About 1 a week.
