I was at 220 lbs and 12% bf and started a cutting diet for 4 weeks then added prop 150 mgs eod and winny 100 mgs ed and cut to 195 lbs and 6.5 % bf. at 5 weeks in I got a hernia and had to stop cycle and lifting and do a fast and unfotunatly short pct of clomid 100 mgs ed tamoxifen 20 mgs ed, I could only do it for 8 days because you cant take any meds, supps, vitamins etc. 10 days prior to surgery. well after surgery I was down and out big time and drugged up, in pain and had no appetite at all for like 2 weeks. It srait kicked my ass. since I had cut so much before the injury my body just depleated my muscles in order to heal and now I am 183 lbs and dont know bf %. I am eating good again but still cant lift more than 20 lbs for the next three weeks. I am still suprizingly tone looking for not lifting since july 29th but deffinatly lost all my size. what would be a good cycle to do to bounce back with? I have test prop, test cyp, 5 ml of deca 250, anadrol and winny on hand still from previous cycles. can I make a decent cycle with any of that, or what could I get to put a worthwhile one together? can anyone hook a bro up with a bump? I have been researching but would like some feedback or Ideas from the community. Thanks
