out of your laundry list of supps the only ones ive used to build a base is protein and multivitamin ...i took myo for pct at one point

if your serious about your goal i would create a sample cutting diet and post it in the diet forum for review (and on your cheat day, make it a cheat meal instead. an entire day of fast food is extreme)

YOu had a choice would u get glutamine or myogenx to retain some muscle.
