    Vascularity, no dieuretics

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to post a pic from my last comp this past summer. I did 4 shows in 2 months...I had a consultation with a IFBB Pro, he helped me finally dial in the perfect carb up and nutrient manipulation for my last show.

    These were all tested shows in Muscle modeling.
