Hello everyone, I am a soon to be 27 yr old, I am 5'9, and have a good 180LBS Packed on,

So I came here today to ask A QUESTION?
I would like to increase energy level, so I can get cut, but at the same time keep my muscle mass up to par.

But eating is fine, the last 2 days I had some of my kids candy, but other then that vegg & meat (protein/protein drinks).

gym time 4-5 days a week, 1hr each time.

Plan in gym 75/25
what I mean when I say 75/25, is that 75% is going to be hard core set/reps for muscle, and 25% cardio

Anyways frist timer, so take it easy on me, hahaha, j/k
