ok now say if ur at work or in a place where u cant get your regular dieting food.... but ur aound other food (cheat meal type food) do u eat? or no?

Usually i will eat, or if im near a store ill grab a protien bar insted, even no i hate protien bars, i think there useless... but i might be working at the bar until 4am with cleaning and everything and i wont eat for up to 6 hours at some point, but theres a pizza joint across the st, and somtimes ill grab a slice to hold me over.

what do u think? to eat and cheat or not to eat at all?
