Alright,

Frist, I work shift change, so 2 weeks day and then 2 week nights, So my morning's arel different.

-Bowl of Muti Gram Cheerios(skim milk)
Protein Drink (27-40g per drink)
Maybe Apple if Needed
( also take fish oil pill in morning )

Coffee on way to work ( double double)

1st - Break - Two Apples
(sometime breakfest at work, bacon/french toast/ eggs hashbrown. ect...)

2nd - Break - Peanut Butter whole wheat
with diet pepsi

Lunch - Tuna or left over dinner

Dinner - Chicken/ steak/ pasta - with protein drink

Night time sitting around
Protein drink
Snack - Nacho/ Pop-corn
