I stumbled across something today in my searching for a good weight gainer to help me rebound from losing weight while being sick..and I found something called RUSSIAN BEAR. It contained 5000 calories and 292g of protein per serving...and ZERO fat!!! It was also loaded with anabolic agents and had MHT or something that it said could not be stored or changed into body fat. This stuff boasted that you will gain weight without gaining ANY fat!!! There is like less than 3 servings a container for like $30 but that is like gaining a pound a day! I didn't get this stuff, but it did not fail to captivate me. My question is this....is it possible for this to cause weight gain w/out gaining fat? I was pretty sure that if your body was burning ...say...3000 calories a day...and you take in 5000...with 292 grams of protein which is well past 1.5g of protein per pound of your bodyweight..then isnt it IMPOSSIBLE for the tremendous excess amounts of calories, protiens, and carbs not be stored as bodyfat? This stuff would make your body achieve 100% of its caloric and protein needs and with the aid of the anabolic agents it would make you build muscle...but I think it would build fat moreso....what do you think?
