    ok so here are some updated pictures of me

    stats

    Hight: 5'9"
    Weight: 195lbs
    arms: 16" last time I checked...they have have gotten smaller since.

    The only thing I cant stand right now is the awful stretch marks I have on my arms and shoulders I am using Cocoa Butter Formula but it does not seem to be working that well. anyhow pictures are not that great but let me know what you think anyway.


    I guess it would help if I put the pictures in there lol
