so i have been doing nothing for 2 months cause i had integunil hernia surgery before i got hurt was looking good 198lbs.so i started my test deca winnie cycle today(i am exiited to be back in the game)so this is me after 2 months of nothing.i will post during the cycle my pics and journey toreach 210 with 10% or less bf.27 yo here 3 cycle experince
