    Help after first cycle

    Hi guys,

    First post here so hi to everyone, and thank you in advance for your help.

    To start off, I know I didn't do my first cycle right. I was counting on some friends who had experience with them to help me, but they bailed, so I sorta figured it out as I went along. I know - not smart, in fact, stupid, but I learned my lesson. I have been doing my reserach and have a few ideas of how to correct my BF problem with my next cycle, but wanted to spell it out to see what you all thought and make sure I GET IT RIGHT this time.

    Here's the deal -

    Stats
    6', 204lbs, 25% BF post cycle

    Cycle
    Deca for 12 wks (200 mg weekly up to 400 mg peak then back down to 200mg)
    Stacked with Dianabol weeks 5-7, 5mg to peak of 40 mg then back to 5 mg
    Winstrol for last 4 weeks, 50mg EOD.

    PCT
    A little confused here. It's 2 weeks post cycle, and I just started taking Novadex 20 mg ED.

    I got some excellent strength gains and mass (went from 175 lbs to 215 lbs), which I like, but I didn't have the diet down and gained too much extra BF.

    Now, it is almost March, I have been off cycle for two weeks. I have a diet and workout schedule planned this time. Here is are questions:

    1. PCT - what should I be doing now?

    2. What cycle should I do next to reduce fat and maintain my gains, ideally with minimal bloat?

    3. When should I start?

    Right now I also have on hand T3 and Clen - but not sure if I should take them now or wait until cycle.
